PROGRAM COSTS INCLUDE DEVELOPMENT, MONITORING, GRADUATION AND FELLOWSHIP AWARDS. STUDENT FELLOWSHIP AWARDS ACCOUNT FOR $171,137 OF THE COST OF THIS PROGRAM SERVICE.
